The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival.
If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an apartment code, enabling 24-hour check-in, via an SMS text message on the day of arrival. Guests who do not have a code must contact the property.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- Deposit: EUR 200 per accommodation, per stay
- A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 3.35 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
- Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 16.90 for adults and EUR 8 for children
- Covered self parking fee: EUR 8 per day
- Pet fee: EUR 10 per pet (varies based on length of stay) plus EUR 25 one-time cleaning fee
- Service animals are exempt from fees
- Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
- Late check-out fee: EUR 12 (subject to availability)
