The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival.
Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.50 per person, per night
We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
- Airport shuttle fee: EUR 100.00 per room (roundtrip)
- Uncovered extended parking fee: EUR 10 per day
- Pet fee: EUR 10 per pet (varies based on length of stay)
- Service animals are exempt from fees
- Late check-in fee for check-in between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM
- Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
