The front desk is open daily from 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9:30 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide a negative COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up.

- A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
