Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Reception is available 7 AM to 9:30 PM weekdays and 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM weekends and bank holidays. Check-in is available 2 PM to 9 PM weekdays and 4 PM to 8 PM weekends and bank holidays. Guests arriving outside reception hours must contact the property in advance to make special check-in arrangements. For stays up to 6 nights, only the end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of more than 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning is included as well as a weekly cleaning with linen change.
