Guests must transfer via required shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. This property is accessible via private vehicle over a bumpy road, or cable car. The cable car can be boarded from the base at Timber Trail Resort, in summer from 9 AM-6 PM, and in winter from 9 AM-5:30 PM, subject to weather conditions. Alternate accommodations and transportation will not be provided for late arrivals or early departures. Transfers by cable car are available only on the arrival date and departure date.
