This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the booker needs to be an adult and to be present upon check-in. The number of people in the apartment needs to match the number of guests validated during the booking process. The property reserves the right to check anytime after check-in. Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment tidy. End-of-stay cleaning (except for the washing up) is included in the price. Please note that a copy of the credit card that will be presented upon check-in, as well as a copy of corresponding photo ID, must be sent to the property after booking.
