Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name on the guest's ID must match the name used for the reservation. A baby cot and a high chair are available at an extra charge of EUR 40 each per stay upon request and availability. Please note that there is a refundable security damage deposit of 1500€ that we will block on your credit card prior to arrival.
